Our Process

Hontz Elevator has created a unique four-step program to keep our customers' elevators running smoothly and safely, and to provide them with the ultimate in service, satisfaction and all-around value.

Step 1

As a Hontz service customer, we will survey the condition and performance of your elevator equipment, and identify any safety or operational issues that we believe you should know about.

Step 2

We will create a plan for maintaining the equipment in good working order, and recommend courses of action that we deem prudent for safe and efficient operation of the elevators.

Step 3

Your Hontz Account Manager will meet with you at least quarterly to review performance and service issues, and to be certain that we're living up to our commitment to provide you with the finest elevator service available.

Step 4

Our Stay-in-Touch program, featuring newsletters, product and safety code information, and computerized service history reports, will keep you current on what's happening in the world of elevators as it pertains to your building and its elevator equipment.
